A Band of Rain

A Band of Rain are a two-piece alt-country folk band from the Deep South – Melbourne.  Its members, Stuart and Katrina, met through an on-line dating site and formed a band to annoy Katrina’s children (mission accomplished).  

Expect original songs, flat-picked guitars, big harmonies, relatable stories, at least one bodhrán, and the occasional confounding cover. There will be audience participation, a lot of energy and clapping.  It’s guaranteed*.
